Are you experiencing grief from the death of a loved one?

Our Grainery GriefShare group is heading into its 10th season of the GriefShare program. We have found that participants have journeyed from ‘Mourning to Joy’ and been so grateful for the program and its teaching, as well as the support of the group.

GriefShare has 3 components:
1/ Teaching on DVD by experts in the field
2/ Discussion on the teaching
3/ ‘Mourning to Joy’ exercises to do during the week

GriefShare is a support group, not a counselling session. Like most things, you will get out of it as much as you put into it. Although grief is an often heavy and emotional subject, you will find you will look forward to attending each week as you will feel understood, valued, and supported.

GriefShare runs for 13 sessions weekly over 14 weeks. We will not meet on Easter Monday 10th April.

Cost | $32 for workbook / resources. Light Refreshments provided.
