UPPERROOM exists to minister to the Lord by giving Him our thanksgiving and praise, to worship Him by agreeing with who He is, and to intercede by agreeing with what He desires to do in our lives, city, and earth.

Church, you are invited to a very special Upperroom Encounter Night, coming up on Ash Wednesday. This will be a special evening set apart for worship, for sanctification, and for the rededication of our lives to God. Ash Wednesday is a time when we pause – where we come before the Lord with humility, remembering our dependence on Him, and allowing Him to realign our hearts. This night won’t be rushed. It’s an invitation to lay things down, to draw near to God, and to respond to His presence as He calls us deeper. Together, we’ll worship, pray, and open our lives again to the refining and restoring work of the Holy Spirit. If you’re longing for renewal, clarity, or simply space to be with God, we would love you to be there. Come expectant, come hungry, and come ready to encounter Him.

As part of this day, our Newcastle campus will be open from 6am through to 6pm. You’re invited to come at any point during the day to pray – for our church, for one another, and for all that God wants to do in us and through us at the Upperroom Encounter Night that evening.
