We are a community of people committed to building the Kingdom of God:

• Within every person
• Among us as a community
• Beyond us to the world around us

1. Delight in God

Our first love is to God, therefore we worship with deep joy and gratitude.

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.

2. Love Extravagantly

Love God and love our neighbour, these are the greatest commandments.

1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

3. Pray without ceasing

Steadfast and unceasing prayers of adoration confession, thanksgiving and supplication will keep our faith strong and activate God’s power.

Philippians 4:6, Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
1 Thessalonians 5:17, Pray continually.

4. Embrace the Word of God

The basis of our belief and practice is the Bible, which is uniquely God-inspired, without error, and the final authority on all matters of life and faith.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

5. Proclaim freedom

Salvation frees us from the penalty of sin and increasingly from its power as we surrender to Christ’s enabling through the indwelling of His Spirit.

Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

6. Minister supernaturally

Every believer is a supernatural minister of the gospel of power whom signs and wonders should follow, and corporately we minister as a body.

Mark 16:17-18 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

7. Extend grace

We are channels of the transforming power of God’s unconditional love.

Ephesians 4:3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

8. Live generously

We give freely, not in order to receive, but because we have received freely.

Proverbs 21:26 All day long he craves for more, but the righteous give without sparing.

9. Expect victory

In Christ we have all we need to live a victorious Christian life transforming society and culture with love and justice.

Romans 8:3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man.

10. Gather in Jesus Name

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another  – and all the more as you see the day approaching.

Hebrews 10:24-25 We gather as a church for worship, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism and ministry.
